CityTransformer is building a shape-shifting electric microcar designed for dense cities, combining a car-like cabin with a motorcycle-sized footprint when narrowed.
CityTransformer is an Israeli urban mobility company focused on compact electric vehicles built around one core idea: a car that can physically adapt to city constraints. Its CT-2 is a tandem two-seater that narrows to around 1 meter in City mode and expands to about 1.3 meters in Performance mode, aiming to make parking easier without giving up weather protection, safety, or daily usability.
The company is targeting both private users and B2B use cases such as shared fleets, service fleets, logistics, hotels, and real estate operators. CityTransformer is currently focused on Europe, with mass production projected for the second half of 2027 and first customer deliveries planned toward the end of 2027.
