The Aptera is a three-wheeled EV optimized for minimal drag, achieving a drag coefficient of just 0.13. Its lightweight composite body and aerospace-grade design allow it to travel over 1,000 miles on a single charge with the largest battery configuration.

Integrated solar panels across the roof, hood, and dashboard generate up to 700W, providing roughly 40 miles of free range per day under optimal sun conditions. This design targets zero-energy commuting for most users.

The vehicle is currently in pre-production with tens of thousands of reservations. Aptera’s go-to-market strategy focuses on direct-to-consumer sales and U.S.-based manufacturing using modular, scalable processes.
