Hyundai Is Quietly Rolling Out Its Biggest Tech Shift Yet…

At EV Trend Korea 2025, Hyundai is set to unveil its latest advancements in electrification, showcasing the Ioniq 9 electric flagship SUV and the redesigned Nexo hydrogen fuel cell vehicle.

Ioniq 9: Hyundai’s EV Flagship

The Ioniq 9, Hyundai’s first three-row electric SUV, features a 110.3 kWh battery, offering over 300 miles of range. Built on the E-GMP platform, it supports 800V charging, allowing a 10% to 80% charge in just 24 minutes.

The SUV includes advanced features like Dynamic Body Care massage seats, an AI voice assistant, and over-the-air software updates. It also offers Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) capability, enabling the SUV to power external devices.

Hydrogen Still Alive

Hyundai will also unveil the all-new Nexo, its next-generation hydrogen fuel cell SUV, marking the first major update since 2018.

The Nexo introduces a Route Planner feature that provides real-time hydrogen station data, energy flow analytics, and customized driving range estimates, addressing infrastructure challenges for fuel cell vehicles.

EV Everycare: Personalized Maintenance Services

Hyundai’s rolling out EV Everycare for 2025, a service that ditches the cookie-cutter approach and gives you maintenance plans based on how you actually drive. Daily commuter? Weekend warrior? There’s a setup for that.

And while most brands are putting all their chips on battery power, Hyundai’s playing a smarter hand, pushing both EVs and hydrogen.
