Allstar has partnered with Zest to add more than 1,300 new charging points to its electric vehicle (EV) network, expanding access for UK fleet drivers using the Allstar One Electric platform. The move strengthens roaming capabilities and aims to reduce one of the core friction points in fleet electrification: dependable, widely distributed charging.
The new integration gives fleet managers access to a larger pool of chargers across urban areas, workplace destinations, and public-use locations, without additional cards, apps, or accounts. Zest’s infrastructure is built around open access and long-term site partnerships, supporting consistent availability and plug-and-go simplicity.
Fleet drivers will see the new locations populated within Allstar’s navigation and account tools, easing route planning and minimizing downtime for commercial EVs.
The expanded coverage addresses known weak points in fleet charging: urban availability, network interoperability, and access outside depot-based charging windows.
“Fleet electrification is a cornerstone of the UK’s net zero transition. By making our chargers available through Allstar, we’re making it easier for drivers to plug in wherever they are – whether that’s a city centre, a business park, or close to home.”
— Robin Heap, CEO of Zest
Allstar’s strategy continues to focus on simplifying EV adoption for fleet operators through consolidated billing, multi-network roaming, and growing national coverage. The Zest partnership builds on existing integrations with major charging providers and aligns with the company’s push to eliminate administrative friction as more fleets shift from ICE to electric.
“This collaboration underscores our dedication to offering fleet customers seamless access to a payment solution for reliable and fast charging options, essential for the evolving needs of modern businesses.”
— Tom Rowlands, MD of global EV solutions at Corpay (Allstar parent company)
The 1,300 additional points represent an incremental but targeted expansion — focusing less on headline numbers and more on usable coverage for drivers on the road. With vehicle charging often cited as a barrier to EV transition, this partnership moves to close practical gaps in daily fleet operation.
